About this policy
Jose Cuerda Sanchez, doing business as Next Generation Consulting Solutions (“NGCS,” “we,” “us”), operates www.ngcspr.com from Puerto Rico. This policy explains how we handle personal information associated with this website and inquiries about our services. Our services are directed to customers in Puerto Rico and the United States. Client engagement information is also subject to the applicable services agreement and any separate confidentiality or data-processing terms.

Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, message and any company or service-interest information you provide. Name, email and message are required. We also record the submitting page, a generated submission identifier, the receipt time and inquiry handling status. We receive information you provide when corresponding with us directly.
Please do not submit passwords, health records, payment-card or financial-account details, government identification numbers, confidential client information or security incident evidence through the general inquiry form. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate transfer method when needed.
Technical information and providers
We use Vercel to host and deliver this website. Hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser or device information and security events, to deliver content, maintain availability, investigate problems and prevent abuse.
The website loads fonts through Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s servers to retrieve these resources, transmitting technical request information, including your IP address. See Google Fonts privacy information.
Our inquiry form sends submissions to Supabase for validation and storage. The inquiry database is hosted in the United States (US East). Our notification workflow uses a Vercel-hosted handler and Resend to send inquiry details to our business mailbox at jcuerda@ngcspr.com. Notifications include your name, email, company, service interest, message, inquiry identifier and receipt time. We use Google Workspace to receive, retain and respond to business correspondence.
Provider information is available in the Vercel Privacy Notice, Supabase Privacy Policy, Resend Privacy Policy, Google Cloud Privacy Notice for Workspace service data and Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum for customer data. This NGCS policy describes our handling of your inquiry.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your request, assess whether our services may be suitable and maintain related business correspondence. We use technical information to operate and protect the website and address misuse. We also process information as needed to meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or establish a consulting engagement.
How we disclose information
We disclose relevant information to providers supporting hosting, security, inquiry storage, notification delivery and business correspondence as described above. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate misuse, or protect rights and safety.
Cookies and similar technologies
Hosting, security and font-delivery technologies may process request information even without cookies. Our current website application code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Browser settings may allow you to block or remove cookies, but do not stop all server-side request processing.
The current website does not implement a separate response to Do Not Track signals. Applicable legal privacy rights remain unaffected. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update our disclosures and provide choices or obtain consent where required.
Retention
We retain inquiry records and related business correspondence indefinitely, without a fixed automatic deletion date, to maintain business records and the history of communications and potential engagements. This includes inquiry records in Supabase and notification copies in our business mailbox. Retention remains subject to applicable law, including applicable deletion obligations and valid rights requests. Client-engagement records may also be subject to contractual and legal recordkeeping requirements.
Provider operational logs, delivery records and backups follow the applicable providers’ retention practices and account settings. Our indefinite inquiry-retention choice does not mean every provider retains every technical record indefinitely. You may request deletion at jcuerda@ngcspr.com; we assess requests under applicable law.
Your choices and requests
Contact jcuerda@ngcspr.com to ask about information you provided or request access, correction or deletion. We assess requests under applicable law and may need information to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for lawful reasons. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
Security and processing locations
Access to inquiry records is subject to database access controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the general inquiry form only for information needed to discuss your request.
Our inquiry database is located in the United States. Hosting, notification delivery, email, font delivery, support and provider subprocessors may process information in other countries under their applicable service arrangements. The database location does not determine every location where information may be processed.
Children and other websites
This website presents professional consulting services and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact jcuerda@ngcspr.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes
We will post revisions on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice and any additional notice or consent required by law.
