Visiting this website or contacting us does not create a consulting relationship. Services begin only under a written agreement accepted by NGCS and the client. That agreement defines scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, deliverables and service commitments, and controls over conflicting website statements concerning those services.

You must not disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others or submit information you lack authority to provide.
